Product Description
Aluminum front cover & other Parts:
We are manufacture and supply Aluminum Front Cover, Inner shield assembly and Back Removable Panel for Duraline Induction Melting Furnace of any KG capacity form 100KG to 10000KG capacity.
Aluminum Front Cover are made from aluminum to avoid Induction interference from Induction Melting Coil. It protect the coil from metal splacing while pouring. Refractory layer is made on outer side of the Aluminum front cover to protect it from molten metal while pouring the metal.
Back Removable panel are manufacture from FRP sheet.
It is used to provide insulation of the induction melting coil from other parts of Furnace Assembly.
Exceptional Material and DurabilityCrafted from premium cast iron or steel, the front cover withstands extreme heat and corrosive environments with ease. Its surface treatment, either powder coated or painted, provides additional protection against oxidation and wear, ensuring the product delivers a long service life even under continuous operation.
Flexible Customization for Diverse Furnace ModelsEvery cover is designed to fit a range of induction furnace shapes and sizes, including both round and rectangular configurations. Custom dimensions are provided to match customer furnace specifications, with options for inspection windows and glass sizes. This adaptability simplifies installation and improves compatibility.
Optimized for High-Power Industrial UseThe front cover is compatible with electric induction furnaces operating at ratings up to 15,000 kW and voltages of 220V, 380V, or 415V. Perfect for steel melting and foundry operations, it is engineered to meet the needs of ultra-high capacity furnaces, offering robust performance and reliable support in demanding settings.
